Spiritual Hypocrisy

Is where spirituality is a hobby

Rather than a real part of life

That has an everyday relationship

With your body

Your experience

Your cellular functions

Your food

Your trust or mistrust

Spirit is no longer outside of you

To be reached for

Quite the contrary

Spirit is your own

Emotional climate

How much abundance

Financial and otherwise

You FEEL

Is how close or far you are

From your spirit relationship with yourself

That spark of light and love that YOU are

I don’t care what you think

I don’t care what you know

I don’t care what you are

I really don’t care who you have been so far

What matters NOW is

How do you FEEL

Are you victimized by your hurt, anger and neglect?

Or using it to fuel yourself forward

Are you empty because

You keep reaching out unmet?

Instead reach in

Hug your body, close your eyes

You are all that counts right now

This has never been more  true

It does not matter who was there for you

And who wasn’t

It does not matter

How well or poor your personal story is

Make friends with your feelings

Be willing to be with all the discomfort

Face it straight on

In all its terror and horror

Stand in it vulnerable and still

Without any veils and masking

If you can

You will find some comfort

Some safety

Some relaxation deep inside

That will say thank you

Will help life to grow

And develop now perfectly

Without YOUR help

Your body is your ally

Your feelings are your friend

You can and will get through this

1/12/09   Life Hope

We are living in a time that has never occurred before

It means the rules have not been

Established

We, each of us

Are creating the new rules

Each day

As we live our lives

Contemplate some

And share from the parts of yourselves

That  are changing

Right now

Please do not be afraid

These moments are unfamiliar

But not to be feared

Please face yourself

Honestly, purely

Expect the unexpected

All change that comes is for your good

To help you move forward

From a deeper place

That is very much a solo journey

If you feel alone

Be there

Develop a relationship

With the emerging soul inside

Of you working really hard

To reveal itself

To your everyday reality in present time

Deep clues to help and comfort you

Seated in your body

To help you relax into the new you

Please use your alone time to

Be still

Breath

Center into your chest

Sit firmly in your bottom and legs

Tummy held in

Shoulders back

Close your eyes

And breath for 20

Uninterrupted minutes

Feel what happens in your body

Expect nothing

While expanding everything

If you let go

Don’t hold on

Except to ground your feet to the ground

Focus your attention here

What needs to be lost will gently fall away

What needs to be found

Will gently engage and be received

You will receive the comfort and nourishment

Needed

To make the unfamiliar familiar

Hug and hold onto yourself

Cling to the inside

As if your life depends on it

Stealing Time 1/04/09

Stealing Time

The great American Manipulation

Time orders itself

The patterns and cycles of life

Are very selectively ordered

To bring us just exactly what we need

Just exactly when we need it

Good, bad or indifferent

Perfect and right

Every  time.

Please stop the madness

The insanity of grasping

For what does not belong

Just to fill up the emptiness

Of the voided space inside of you

The more EMPTY it is

The more LIGHT can EMULATE

From the inside of you out

To humanity

To correctly connect

In perfect balanced harmony.

Believe nothing else

Please say out loud:

I release all karmic disorientation

The overwhelm of life’s dissatisfaction

Strategized as pattern unfoldment

In victimhood family past

I release my attachment

To a life less than the whole

And a life filled with

Neglectful parental conditioning

I free completely the need

For harm, hurt, pain, punishment

Brutality

Of making a war

Upon myself and life’s motion

To prove I exist

I surrender completely my resistance

To my life’s flow

To open surprises

And divine cosmic order

Now

Peace be creatively me

Peace be me free

Peace open and rest

Simple easy be

Soul family life

Forgiveness for me and you

Family be true

In deepest gratitude

Two by two

Completely whole

Maturity takes time

Lots of time when

Evolving in a body

On the earth plane

Now we can have

Efficiency in our maturity

That did not exist previously

We must face things openly

With more receptive

And respective eyes

Always first pausing

To reflect the benefit of the doubt

Face the limitations

That create in front of you

Don’t confront them by pushing away

In overwhelm

That just makes facing them harder

Longer and with more resistance

And mostly

Creates a path to no win

Instead be honest about how you feel

Take the time to digest why

You are overwhelmed, hurt, want to push away,

Pull back, take small steps

Make smaller moments

Play with the boundary

Of what feels great

What feels like too much

And what is not enough

Polish right there

With all your energy

Small consistent motions

Until the boundary feels

Sure, stable, solid

Enough to call yourself

Home

There will be love

There will be comfort

There will lie safety

In the bed of your own skin

Peace be me

Peace be you

Love be us

Freedom be

From the breast of my fortune

All crystalline structures

Of old icycled past

Please leave now

The harshness and tender cutting knife edge

Have no place in my hearth home

Opening into warmth

The Root

Root business is still

It pauses to move to pause

There is much disorder in

The chaos of falling apart

Don’t identify nor pay attention

To the disorder and falling apart

The wisdom always lies

In the order

That is creating itself

From the broken parts

Find the parts that are still

Like snowflakes falling

Some will brush upon your body

Pay attention to those

The ones that stick and melt upon you

They want your attention

They are part of the order establishing

From the falling apart

They are where safety and security lie

We have been standing on foundations

That  have appeared to be safe and secure

They are not, they are false to fact

And will not hold in life’s future

There is nothing to be afraid of

Though familiar

Not sturdy Not love Not comfort

That can be dependable

 Just old mistrust of days past

It is ok to cry, to feel the loss

Please

The vulnerability of emptiness

And the unknown

In these moments

I am Love and Light

I am Matter

I can trust my existence

Today we complete the story of life’s past

Its injuries

Its trauma

Its abuse

Its palpable lack of purpose

Pretending we are going to find and be love

In our empty fight for limitations

That can not and do not feed us

Nor nurture us

Ever

When the truth

Of the moon heart

Speaks it is subtle

It is ever present

And really attentive

Gorgeous she is

Full in her bosom of light

Just wanting to be seen

For her generous steady touch

Always in touch

With everything

And the structure of all

Always thinking

Like wildfire

Of all the things she loves

It is in deepest care

And quiet tenderness

We must relate

Things will be crashing

All is ok

Don’t be put asunder

Let the past go

Let the breath of freedom

Of nothingness fill your lungs

Allow the bosom to express

Please listen

Hear

Pause

Be still

Together we can do anything

Together sometimes means afar

We are all one

We are being asked

To honor the closeness

 of that

And the distance

Discover your home

In the boundary of your body

See what is true

Feel what is safe and secure

Feel what is not

And what intrudes

On my space

We are undergoing immense

Structural shift now

Like a great earthquake

Shattering our mind

Opening our feet to trust

And more trust

Don’t hold back

Scream and let out all

The internalized pressure

In the privacy of your silence

And introspection

It is loud

It is scary

It does matter

You matter

You count

You make a difference

Let go of all the windfalls of days past

Open to all the windmills of days future

Holding on is painful

Letting go is not

Withholding love is the most painful

Cataclysmic thing we can do now

It will be internalized

And implode

To explode at some inopportune time

Relieve the pressure

Let the heated steam out of your tissues

And pores

Push out from your chest

Push up to the sky

Stretch down to the earth

And groan like a monster

Like puff the magic dragon

Breath in your nose and out of your mouth

Center in

Now
